Excellent! IDC Bearing's China factory has passed the audit by a globally renowned metallurgical enterprise!
On April 24, 2024, Changzhou IDC Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. achieved another major milestone as the factory successfully passed the supplier qualification audit conducted by SMS Engineering (China) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "SMS"), a globally renowned company in the metallurgical industry. This achievement signifies that IDC Bearings have met SMS's high standards in key areas such as production capacity, product quality, supply chain management, and operational delivery.
The SMS Group audit officer conducted a comprehensive audit of the IDC Changzhou factory, covering multiple aspects including production process management, supplier management, and quality control. The auditor conducted a detailed review of IDC Bearings' personnel management, equipment capabilities, process specifications, quality, planning systems, and supply chain management. Additionally, during the audit, the officer visited the workshop to perform on-site inspections of the actual execution of production processes, traceability, and quality control procedures.
In July 2023, the factory of Changzhou IDC Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation. The Changzhou factory serves as an important production base for Germany's INTERPRECISE Donath GmbH in China and is also an emerging force in the domestic bearing industry.
The successful passing of the SMS audit is a full recognition of IDC Bearings and represents a key breakthrough for IDC Bearings in the metallurgical industry application field, providing strong and reliable support for the company's comprehensive development in the global metallurgical industry in the future.
