Unlock new cooperation channels to add new momentum to China's textile machinery manufacturing industry
In 2024, the global economy will still be in a recovery phase, with the world economy characterized by slow and uneven recovery, posing uncertain challenges to the operation of the textile machinery industry.
However, the fundamental trend of China's economic improvement remains unchanged, and the conditions supporting high-quality development in the industry are accumulating. Relying on technological innovation, China's textile machinery industry is expected to achieve stable operation during economic recovery.
At the end of March 2024, Mr. BONNEAU David, Technical R&D Manager of Staubli France, along with the Purchasing Manager of Staubli (Hangzhou) Precision Machinery Electronics Co., Ltd., visited IDC's Changzhou factory in Jiangsu. They conducted an in-depth and fruitful visit and exchange with IDC China's management, discussing the future development of China's textile machinery industry and the bearing products for textile machinery tailored to the Chinese market.

Accompanied by IDC China's management, Mr. Bonneau and his team first toured the production workshop of IDC Bearings' Changzhou factory, gaining detailed understanding of IDC's bearing production processes, quality management, and quality system construction. During the visit, Mr. Bonneau praised IDC Changzhou factory's strict product quality control and efficient, flexible team collaboration.
Subsequently, both parties engaged in deep discussions. IDC China's management introduced Staubli's team to the company's domestic and international development history, business areas, product types, and the application of bearings in the textile machinery industry. Mr. Bonneau showed strong interest in IDC Bearings' product R&D capabilities and related products in the textile machinery sector.
The two sides also had in-depth exchanges on the current global economic situation, development trends in China's textile machinery market, and Staubli's proprietary bearing R&D for textile machinery. Both agreed that in the face of an uncertain international market environment and increasingly fierce competition, promoting high-quality and differentiated equipment development, strengthening cooperation and joint innovation, and developing products suitable for the Chinese market are key to achieving sustainable development.

This visit and exchange further deepened the understanding between Staubli and IDC China, serving as an opportunity to build trust and opening new possibilities for future cooperation in the Chinese market.
Today, with the increasing demands of woven fabrics, weaving mills require faster weaving speeds and more stable operational quality to meet new challenges. As an important support for the textile industry, the textile machinery sector demands faster response and higher reliability. IDC will continue to conduct in-depth R&D on multi-arm bearings for textile machinery, effectively combining German experience, local needs, and innovative technology, looking forward to jointly developing high-quality specialized bearings for multi-arm machines that meet domestic market demands through continuous technical exchanges.
Moreover, to cope with the rapidly changing market environment, as a company deeply engaged in the jacquard machine bearing field for many years, IDC Bearings will always aim to help customers enhance product competitiveness, driven by technological iteration and innovation, collaborating with customers to help weaving mills reduce operating costs and create greater benefits.
