The Changzhou IDC factory celebrates its first anniversary

Starting from a small corner, persevering for over forty years. Founded in 1980 in Obermichelbach, a traditional German bearing manufacturing city, INTERPRECISE Donath GmbH is a leading European precision roller bearing manufacturer. IDC is the rolling bearing brand of INTERPRECISE, entered China in 2011, built the Changzhou factory in 2021, and started localized production in July 2023.

On June 30, 2023, IDC Bearing Changzhou Factory held its unveiling and opening ceremony.

Over the past year, everyone braved the wind and rain, worked hand in hand, innovated skills, iterated and upgraded, forming a product advantage pattern including tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, support roller bearings, and spherical roller bearings.

This year, based in China, practicing in China, for China, and co-creating with China, we strive to write a new chapter for "IDC" on the path of helping China's transmission machinery manufacturing transformation and upgrading!

In the past year, we welcomed the first visit to China by the German CEO after the factory started production, visited leading companies such as ZOLLERN, FLENDER, discussed future development and new product R&D, and further established deep friendships.

In November 2023, the Changzhou factory passed the process audit based on VDA6.3 by German IKF.

In January 2024, the factory obtained the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification issued by the authoritative certification body—DEKRA Certification GmbH of Germany.

In March, the Changzhou factory passed the supplier qualification audit by Schaeffler Engineering (China) Co., Ltd.

In April, the RLBS300.0012.12S support roller bearing independently developed and produced by the Changzhou factory was mass-produced and delivered to customers on time with high quality and efficiency.
